1/48 Tamiya F4U-1
I was e-mailing these pics to a friend who just purchased the kit and thought I'd share them here as well. I built this one way back when it came out. Aeromaster enamel paints and Superscale decals finished her up. Not much else to really say about this excellent kit.

So many Corsairs turn up on this site, it's hard to pick a favorite. Yours is an appealing paint scheme, it certainly holds it's own with the best on here.

Keep em coming. I have never seen a Corsair that I did not like and yours looks great. I love it. I also have built a nimbler of them and have a bunch in the stash. Outstanding.

It seems it's difficult to go wrong with a Tamiya Corsair, and this is another excellent example.
You are correct George. If you avoid the slight step on the undersides of the wing when you join the outer portions, the rest could be done blind folded.
