Brand new 1955 chevy 2-ton stake truck, {first 5 pics}. Last 2,sixty years later as a clunker.This another Revell kit issued by Atlantis, they have even included the glass for the cab. which was never on the Revell kits. The kit is rather crude, but what could you expect from over sixty-year-old molds. I was going to do some kind of military version aka flight line, but I decided against that.
I have included my uncles original 1955 build which shows up on some of my previous articles.
Pick-up trucks make very attractive models, I’m glad you kept it as a civilian version, great work on what is a pretty old kit.
