Bf109G-14
Hello everyone.
Been a while since I got anything finished - started a few, but only finished this !. There's been some discussion on various FB pages and other modelling sites as to the validity of the markings, and I acknowledge that.
But here she is all done with no photo trickery other than editing the size & shapes of the pics. All Tamiya acrylics & Mr Color lacquers with decals from various Eagle Cal sheets and a couple from the kit.
as ever, please feel free to make any comments, criticisms or ask any Q's. Cheers from New Zealand.
Looks great to me.
Very nice build.
Very nicely done! Just curious, what color did you use for the gray? It's a nice shade...
Scott, that's Mr Color C37 Grauviolet:

Got it thanks!
Whatgever the validity of the markings, the validity of the work is indisputable. Very nice!
Looks extra nice to me, you’ve done some mighty fine work on that model .
Superb job, Ian!
Another great build, Ian @ij001
Great scheme for this Gustav.
A very cool looking 109 Ian. I'm not a 109 nut but that certainly hits the mark.
Nice work, Ian (@ij001). Nothing gets the juices flowing faster than a great looking 109 with a well-done mottle. I don't remember you doing any 1/32 kits before.
I don't do many, George, simply because I don't have any room to display them. Last one was, coincidentally, a Bf109 aswell - a Trumpeter E4/7.
Lovely work Ian
A great-looking 109 - well done!
