Into all things 1/48 WW1 and WW2. Aircraft, dios, armour etc. favourite topics are, Luftwaffe, RAAF , Dutch airforce, BoB, and anything that flies from around 1914-1946 essentially. 🙂
Recently started WW1 subjects. All of 2021. Can't see myself doing anything else for a while, unless more WW2 British bombers get released. Keeping an eye on that Beaufort release. LOL. 2023 now and I'm now getting into some 1/48 afv. And that Beaufort was one of my favourite builds of 2022.
Hi all, for the BoF/BoB.
1/48 CA Boultan Paul Defiant. I loved building this kit. Lots of fun even with the extra workload of a limited run kit. It went together very nicely.
Not many pics sorry. But hope you like anyway.
Paul.
HI all, here's my latest.
Major Levine's Spitfire VB. Hope you like. Decal sheet said it was a VC, but upon doing research and talking with others, I was happy to see it was in fact a VB. No need for a new VC wing. 😉 It's heavily [...]
Thank you Julie.
Looking inside, the decals for the Nightfighter national markings are terrible. But the Day bomber is fine. Luckily, I can use the latters for the Nightfighter, cause they are the same, and I am doing a Dutch day bomber [...]
I loved building this old kit. Done in Iraqi markings, and decided to go with the RLM 02/71/65 colours, which I think may have been right for a used airplane, given over in early 1941.
My interpretation anyway. 🙂 The oversprayed colour [...]
Been wanting one since the dawn of time... Well, 30 odd years anyway. 🙂
Sorry, the pic won’t sit right. Thanks for looking.:)
This is Ella, looking like Little red riding Hood today, because it's winter here, who is one of the kids I teach model building to at my sons' school in Brisbane, Australia. I do the club every week, on my day off, at lunchtime. Not sure [...]
It's 1/48. So far, has been great fun to build. 🙂
Torn between BoB or Balkans markings. Hmm...
Not the best pics sorry. But a fun little kit to build.
Hope you like,
Paul.
New aftermarket decals, to avoid the yellow-ish kit decals.
Nice kit to build.
Hope you like, thanks for looking,
Paul.
