Trumpeter 1/32 Swordfish Mk. I

With the wings swept back in the parking position, Trumpeter's Swordfish becomes a challenging kit to build. The wings exert a tremendous pressure on the hinges, tail unit and wheels. The result though is well worth the effort.

Hasegawa 1/32, Douglas Skyhawk A-4F, "Lady Jessie"

Kit is quite old, and not so fun to build, but I managed to complete it. Raised panel lines are surely not my favorites... Intake should be naturally white inside, but I noticed it too late in order to fix it. Not the only mistake I'd [...]

Blue Max Pfalz

Blue Max Pfalz A few years ago, I bought a model from a company I didn't know, Encore Models, on a well-known auction site. I bought it blindly, not knowing anything about it. When the model arrived, it turned out that inside there were [...]

Trumpeter 1/32 F6F-5 Hellcat

Here are the highlights and the downfalls of Trumpeter's Hellcat. The model captures well the stalky outlines of this great fighter. Wing fold part design is superb. Easy to install and does not strain plastic hinges. A tow tractor kit is [...]

Special Hobby 1/32 Westland Whirlwind F Mk.1 "Cannon Fighter"

Special Hobby's Whirlwind with same company's pilot. Also some aftermarket parts used, like HGW seat belts and Special Hobby's urethane wheels. Antenna wires are Mig's 0,3 mm line. Painted with AK Air Series 3rd generation acrylics [...]
