I decided to have a change of pace just lately. This is the Mini-art Dutch house. I've always been a great fan of some of the "Cold War gone hot" books such as Gen. "Shan" Hacketts "Third World War" and "Third World War - The Untold Story". I'm[...]
This is the Takom kit of the C2 Mexas. I've heard some not too complimentary things about the turret of the Takom kit. As I'm doing another (Meng) C2 but with the thermal cover to the turret and driving area, I decided to "donate" the unused tur[...]
Here's the latest with the Dutch Leopard. Now painted in Olive Gelb and sealed in with another gloss coat. Next to add some pin washes and weathering. The kit is the new mould Revell one, which I think is good value for money. I'm using the Leop[...]
Images taken 06/05/21. This is my Leopard AS1 in ODL finish with a mud cam pattern. I've replaced both the baskets on the back with newer ones. I'm still getting the hang of brass folding! Not shown is the stowage I'm currently making for it.

I "rediscovered" this Meng Leopard in the proverbial "safe place"! At least I had sealed her in a resealable food bag to keep the dust off. She is painted in the NATO tri-colour pattern. I used some spare decals from another Meng 1A5 and added s[...]
Here is a line up of 1/35th Leopards from various manufacturers. The 1 A1 is the old Tamiya kit. I'm going to replace it soon with the new mould Revell kit. The 1 A4 again is Tamiya. Revell (old mould) provides the Leopard 1 A5A5. This model is [...]
This is an old Leopard 1/35 from Revell, I was in the house of a colleague who bought it many years ago and did not build it. One day talking about modeling he told me he had this kit and that he gave it to me. Obviously I said yes and I started[...]
