1/48 Tamiya Do-335
This is a buddy build with my good friend and master modeler, Rusty Rhea. He built the interior and landing gear, while i did the major structure and painting. Rusty spent 19 hours just on the seat, and 11 on the control yoke!
The idea here is a late war nocturnal warrior with the addition of the Naxos radar tracking system in a clear dome on the spine and appropriate camo for a fighter that could be either day or night.
IMHO, The kit is one of the finest pieces of model engineering on the market despite being a decade old. It does justice to one of the most unique aircraft -- German or otherwise -- with its tandem engine arrangement.

Very nice finish. The kit is the definition of "shake 'n' bake."
