1:48 scale, Eduard F6F-3, “Hellcat”

Decent kit of Grumman's fighter, and a pleasure to build. I thought it had excellent exterior detail. The prop was a little disappointing, as was the cockpit. I thought they could been better, but at least captured the look of the . Probably the best kit on the market, in any scale. Here are some pictures, and thanks again for looking.

White “7”, an F6F-3 was a ‘Hellcat' that was assigned to Fighting Sixteen, (VF-16) and was flown from USS Lexington, (CV-16), by Cdr Paul D. Buie.
Cdr. Buie would be credited with the destruction of Nine Japanese aircraft during World War Two, and flew “White 7”, during March, 1944
