Pilatus PC 6 Scratch Build 1/32 scale
Here we go again, this build has been an absolute challenge from the beginning. I have found that I have problem solving skills that I never thought I had.
Before I left for the Congo I decided to laminate the wings from 1mm Plastic card and that I would shape then in the Congo and bring them back to install on the aircraft. Well that was a mistake, they were too heavy and the shape was just incorrect, so I had to scratch build the wings again when I got home, I have added a few pictures to give you an idea of what I had to do to get the weight down and the correct shape..
I then made up the flaps and ailerons from plastic card and shaped them and then sanded them to the correct shape. test fitting all the time to check the fit.
The windows and doors were next... I cut out 2 of each out of 0,25mm plastic card and sanded them identical, I then sandwiched a piece of 0,25mm clear plastic card between the 2 door frames and glued carefully trying not to get glue on the clear window...this I did with all the doors.
I have never sand papered this much in my entire life...
I am going to start to work on the finer cosmetics and getting the small repairs done ready for the first coat of white paint...
I will keep you all posted.

Thank you for your kind comments, they are much appreciated.
Scratch Build in 1/32 scale? You have to have lots of willpower for sure! ':72 is far enough for me most of the time. Your work just fatastic so far and the end product most be very impressive. How much plastic sheet did You buy? 😀
Hey Gabor, I buy a roll of 3 Meter x 1,5 Meter of plastic. And a lot of super glue as well as sand paper. The total cost of building this model is about $50.00 considering that you would pay about $200.00 if you could buy this kit off the shelf. That's if they ever make one.
