iModeler Best in Show - November 2017
This month's jury award goes to Marc Barris' scratchbuilt Pilatus PC 6 in 1/32nd scale.
Everyone who has followed Marc's log in the Work in Progress Group has seen the sheer amount of effort and skill that went into this particular build. Working off of plans and photographs, Marc started his endeavour back in July, and his regular updates left us speechless time and again. His work included lots of styrene cutting, vacu-forming, and even handpainting the shark mouth. We feel Marc's Pilatus pushes the boundaries of our hobby and is an inspiration for trying out new things.

But wait, there is more!
We are also awarding a prize as a token of appreciation to all our contributors. This is selected through an entirely random draw among all the entries of the month. This time, our lucky winner is Charles King and his Scania Boom Haul.

Marc, Well done!
Congratulations to everyone!
Very well deserved, Marc, real modelling with two “l”s!
Thanks and congrats!
Congratulations to all mentioned. It would be an extremely difficult choice for the judges to make since there are so many gifted modelers mentioned here.
Congrats Marc and well done everyone
A very well deserved winner. Congratulations.
Congratulations to all.
Congratulations Marc! Very well done everyone!
Thank you as always for your kind comments, I am truly honored to be chosen among all these amazing modelers on this site, well done to everyone.
All awards are VERY well deserved! The Marc Barris Pilatus is exceptional. It (almost) makes me want to trash my sophomoric efforts, but it also gives me impetuous to improve.
Charles King's vehicles (& dios) look like photos of the real vehicles.
Bravo to ALL.
Keep at it Jeffry, I am still learning as I go along.
Ok! This is a surprise to me. I did not know awards were given on this site. Wow! Flabbergasted to say the least. I am honoured. Congrats to all. Thanks and appreciation to all you fine modelers out there and on this board. All I can say is we are are inspired by other modelers to better ourselves. As for me, I am still struggling to be better. I probably never reach that level like most amazing modelers out there but it is always fun trying.
Well deserved Charles, Love your work.
Bravo Marc - well-deserved - and kudos to all runners up! It was a stellar month for great modeling.
Got the drawings for the PC 21 in 1/32 scale...Will be posting soon.
