Hellol iModeler! Here is my , built almost out of the box except for a Quickboost resin seat. Paints were Vallejo Model Air shot through my Sotar 20/20. Photos were shot outside at a local municipal airport.

  1. And a Hurricane! What a way to start a Friday. I think this may even shade the Spitfire for top prize for me. Honestly, this is amazing work. I realise modeling and appreciation is different for each of us, but these two babies are just top notch for me. I've saved photos of both in an archive file (yep, sad geek) for future reference. Great work.

  2. Agree with David, great work Ramon

  3. Nice job on both kits!

  4. Outside photos always make for better results...nice job all around, sir.

  5. Excellent - looks very nice! Having just finished a Hurricane I can sincerely appreciate your build.

    Very good looking build.

  7. Great Hurricane, Ramon. I like your photography, too.

  8. The model is great and so is the photography.

  9. Ramon, an excellent looking Hurricane, I was wondering if that was the kit canopy or an aftermarket? I ask because the fit looks great. Very well done, I like it a lot !

    • Thank you Terry. It is the kit canopy. Airfix gives you the option of a one piece canopy / windshield of you want it closed, or a two piece set of you want to post it open. I am really liking the new Airfix kits!

  10. Ramon, the black and white photo had me going! Lovely Hurricane! she i sa beaut!

  11. Done it again Ramon. Best Hurricane I've seen in this scale for quite a while (if ever!). The sepia shots really lent it some atmosphere (and for the Spitfire too).
