Airfix 1:48 Boulton Paul Defiant
Another commission build in flight mode. Straight build apart from pilot/gunner figures, wing tip navigation lights added and Master barrels to replace the kit items. The decals were after market, and I love those early schemes. A really nice kit and just falls together, I will certainly be adding one for my own collection soon!

A great looking Defiant. It's difficult to see whether you used prop blur etched props or whether you've squeezed a motor in the engine compartment with some sort of battery pack concealed perhaps in the display base. Not phot shop surely? Paul.
Hi Paul, nothing so complex at all...I just blew on the prop and photographed it before it stopped! It does work very well though ?
