He means "Out Of the Box - OOB." Meaning that you put the kit together using ONLY the parts included in the kit - no after-market parts.
It's indeed nice work, but the Mustang Wing should have all the panel lines other than the gun bay filled to simulate the puttied wing. For those interested, "109Ace" on eBay is producing a resin "puttied wing" for this kit.

Very nice job...excellent interior work. I do have a question though, was the quality and fit any good because I was thinking of getting an airfix p-51.
with quality I'm disappointed. The kit is new in airfix, but looks like engineer did not make his job to the end
That what i thought. I can get almost a whole store full of airfix for about only $20 ;).
