T-34/85 from Academy
Greetings to all forum members.
On this occasion I wanted to show you a quick project without big aggregates. It is the T-34/85 of Academy, in 1/35.
It is a very simple kit and easy to assemble, with a very good lace pieces. The detail is adequate, but some things can be improved, such as external fuel tanks.
The only thing I didn’t like were the caterpillars. The detail is a bit poor, with a final result not very realistic for me.
It is painted with soviet Green from Vallejo, and the wethering is done with washes and pigments from Vallejo and AK.
I hope you like it and greetings to everyone.

Very nice !!! I have built the Tamiya version of this same kit. I added a single MV lens to replace the kit supplied headlight. I painted mine in North Korean markings from 1950.
These tanks were used by many Nations and throughout many years. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if there were still a few of them rumbling through the countryside somewhere.
Well done, I like it.

Exactly…………….. I wonder if he’s firing the tank using the lanyard ???
I am an old “tanker” myself and served in the M-60’s and M1-A1’s.
