Trumpeter F-14B 1/32
Hello again from Viet Nam ! It’s been awhile:))
Trumpeter F-14B in 1/32 scale is nothing but trouble, yes the details is nice enough if you will to ignore all glaring shape issues, fit issues and those rivet.
I’ve used ejection seats from Quickboost, Pitot and gun barells from Master Model and Eduard PE. Comments and criticism are welcome

If you open it up like you did, you distract the eye of the viewer from all those problems, and the viewer can then say “Great model! Super result.”
Which I just did.

The kit might be a pain to build and have some shape issues, but nothing of the sort is visible in your model Nguyen. Simply gorgeous!! And with some rather extreme but credible weathering 🙂

It does indeed look very detailed, Nguyen.
Hard to imagine that you had those issues, no signs of them anymore.
Well done.

Battle-hardened. Great build.

Whatever problems you had during the build are more than compensated by the end result inmho.

Looks great – a well-worn Tomcat!

One very grungy Turkey! The paint job you did gives it the character that Trumpeter somewhat missed on their version of the Turkey.
Great work!
