  1. Nicely done Intruder!

  2. Very nice. My favorite aircraft

  3. Very tidy build of a not so easy kit.

  4. Very nicely done. I remember building this kit a looonnnggg time ago and I know it never looked as nice as your kit. Great work

  5. Nicely done - love the Intruder! One of my early builds when I re-entered the hobby was the 1/72 version of this. I need to build another one soon...

  6. A beautiful Intruder, Erik.
    Well done.

  7. A clean, solid, build very well finished. I like the paint and decal work plus the restrained weathering. Did you use the kit decals? - they seem to have gone down very well without a hint of carrier film. I really like the Revell kit. I have two in my stash plus the Hobby Boss and Kinetic versions. The older kit stands up very well with raised panel lines still looking right to the eye.

    • Thank you much! I think I used an old Superscale sheet for the decals. I appreciate the nice words, weathering is my thing. Lots of gloss cote, lots of decal set, layer of flat cote, weathering and one last spray of the flat stuff for the decals. Thanks again!

  8. A very nice Intruder, Erik!
    Nice painting and weathering.
    Welcome aboard!

  9. Great work, Erik. We don’t see enough Intruders built.

  10. Turned out well, sewing needle's a good idea and the decals look great, definitely liked.

Welcome to the forum Erik, hope you have good times here.
Nice looking first post. As mentioned in his comments, fellow modeler John Healy made a good observation ... " We don’t see enough Intruders built. ", this ... I don't know why.
Your model shows how interesting and kind of unique this aircraft is.
Nice work on the paint work as well as in the slight weathering.

  12. That's a great looking Intruder, Erik @erikjameskidd! We don't see many of the Revell version built; I posted mine here a while back:
