Congratulations, you’ve pushed other iModeler members off the front page again by advertising your youtube channel.
If you want to know what to know what a good review looks like have a look at Bill Koppos’ review of the Trumpeter kit below, that is if you ever take the time to look at other articles posted here, which I doubt.
George @Chinesegeorge, I hear what you're saying, but these posts afe curated by the imodeller staff (see profile) and as such complaints should be aimed toward I'm staff, rather than the youtube content creators. The descriptions are usually just copied from the YT video description, which gives the false impression that an individual is posting their own content. I know youtube videos aren't accessible by all, but the content is usually interesting for many others, usually offering exposure to good builds, new techniques, etc.
Seeing how the YT posts never take the top spot (likely intentional lower placement by iM staff), and top spots are never guaranteed unless staff "features" the article, it's tough to be too upset at how things play out, given how posts ebb and flow randomly.
I personally do not mind the posts myself, but perhaps opening a dialog with @editor would be more forthright.
I, for one, would like to know how good articles (reviews, unique posts, or posts with certain upvotes) might receive the featured status. I assume this by request currently?

Yes @chinesegeorge, @pb_legend, these posts are curated by our Youtube bot. The purpose is sharing interesting videos from proven Youtubers at the right balance with genuine iM content created by our authors.
I think currently this bot is posting at a rate of approx 10% of the headline content. Also, youtube postings are set with a delay so that they usually don't occupy the top spot at the Headlines, instead just "popping up" somewhere down the page. In this particular case, the timings were such that this video indeed appeared at the top, and in such cases I'd usually move it down manually after a while. These vids are not supposed to trump the postings of our members.
I'm in (reasonable) control of the settings of this bot, so I can fine-tune this feature to keep the right balance between the curated videos and the content. AND of course also monitor & leave out content from youtubers that our members don't find relevant or find annoying. Please feel free to share your feedback!
