August 1944 to April 1945 despite poor conditions and bombing
Circa 1805 Focke Wulf 190 D-9 were built.
The Dora Nine, as it was called, was a very successful and powerful fighter, but it quickly became apparent that the D-9 could Operate at significantly higher altitudes, with a Maximum altitude of 10,000 Meters. She dived at a Speed of 750 km/h, which was previously unimaginable.
The Focke Wulf 190 D-9 was in use in many fighter Squadrons until the end of the war.
Kit: Revell 1:32 supplemented with belts from Eduard
Nice looking Dora! Well done.
Nice looking Dora.
I think the kit is a Revell rebox of the Hasegawa kit.
Ja ich habe den Bausatz von einem verstorbenen Kollegen bekommen, und ich denke es ist ein Ex Hasegawa.
Fantastic job, Hans Peter!
Nice FW, Hans Peter!
Very nice!
Nice Dora 9!
Very nice work on this Dora, Hans Peter @messerschmitt
Beautiful job!
Looks great.
Looks really nice. Is the Kuebelwagen 1:35? (I suppose so)
I wonder why no-one produces vehicles in 1:32 that match the "standard" airplane-scale (and the model-railway "Spur I")? Instead they have started airplanes and helicopters in 1:35 scale.
Der Kübelwagen ist von Heller im Massstab 1:35 richtig.

I'm glad that the Focke Wulf like it.
