Airfix Nakajima B5N2 Kate 1/72nd scale
Airfix Nakajima B5N2 Kate, 1/72nd scale. I have wanted to do this kit for a long time - this is the Pearl Harbor 75th anniversary edition.
Painted with Ammo mig and AK interactive acrylics (i painted the white stripes on the fuselage and the fin instead of using the decals), some Ammo Mig Filters on top and panel line wash by the same company. Matt coat at the end. I did not weather it too much since it was probably rather new in service at the time (Ha, isn't that a nice excuse for being lazy).
Gorgeous kit and yes, that is a huge seamline in the cockpit. I used Ammo Mig Nakajima Dark Green, it's probably not the most precise color according to the instructions. Happy modelling!
Really sharp work on the tail stripes. The green has great shades too. I think very light weathering was a great choice.

The paint color for the cockpit is right; Airfix's description in the instructions is an attempt to use their paints is all.
Very nice result here - I thought at first it was the Hasegawa 1/48 kit.

Graeme @graemestreet, i absolutely love this kit. I had to get the dogfight set with this kate just because of the scheme. The red stripes are decals, a pro would have painted them🙂
