Bristol Beaufort Mk. Ia
Here's my recently completed Beaufort torpedo bomber with tropical filters from ICM in 1:48. I've done several ICM builds, and this is one of the best kits from ICM I've encountered so far. No problems at all. the fit was near perfect, no filler needed anywhere. I built it OOB except for Kelik 3-D printed decals in the interior, they look great under all that glass in the nose. I suspect that during torpedo operations the bomb bay doors were removed, but the instructions called for the doors to be installed and so they got installed. Easy enough to remove them if necessary. I chose the desert scheme for EK979, a Mk Ia from a RAF training unit in Bilbais, Egypt in 1944. I hope their Sally and Marauder kits will be as nice as this one!
