The Class of 2023. Last year's completed builds.

Sorry to be late with this, but here are the completed builds from 2023. I managed seven total, and a couple other started, and hope to finish in the coming year. I was going to post the Spitfire from an earlier article, but, I did only finish it in 2024, so... I got one done for this year!

Since these were all posted here throughout the year, I won't post a lot of the detail about the build, Just the which kit and scale they are. Not necessarily in order of appearance, they are:
1) Airfix, 1:48 scale, Curtiss P-40B, 'Kittyhawk'
2) Tamiya, 1:48 scale, Heinkel He-162A-2, 'Salamander'
3) Nichimo, 1:48 scale, Nakajima Ki-43!c, 'Hayabusa' (Oscar)
4) Monogram, 1:72 scale, Curtiss P-6E, 'Hawk'
5) Tamiya, 1:48 scale, Nakajima J1N1-2, 'Gekko' (Irving)
6) Eduard, 1:48 scale, Grumman F4F-3, 'Wildcat'
7) Trumpeter, 1:32 scale, Douglass SBD-5, 'Dauntless'

Started are:
1) Tamiya, 1:48 scale, A1-H, 'Skyraider' (Navy)
2) Minicraft, 1:48 scale, Grumman XF5F-1, 'Skyrocket'
3) Trumpeter, 1:32 scale, Grumman F4F-4, 'Wildcat'
4) Monogram, 1:48 scale, North American, AT-6,'Texan'.
5) Monogram, 1:72 scale, Boeing F4B-4.

I have other plans as well, like another release from the "Shelf of Doom", 1:48 scale Accurate Miniatures A-36, 'Apache' and to refurbish a Tamiya, 1:48 scale Brewster F2A-2, 'Buffalo' and a Minicraft, 1:72 scale Consolidated B-24J, 'Liberator'. I guess we'll see where all that goes, huh?
