Clostermann's Spitfire: Hasegawa 1/48 Spitfire IXc
Hasegawa's Spitfire IXc with revised fuselage to match the required dimensions to the otherwise short mold. Aeroclub's corrected fuselage was used as a benchmark and the fuselage was extended in two locations.
Another great build Rafi. The fuselage correction is beautifully done, and as always, your weathering is gorgeous.
Thank you Clint!
Another beauty, Rafi @blackmopane
Perfect work done on the fuselage extension.
As always, your weathering and painting approach is amazing.
Thank you John!
It is a testament of your skill that even after you tell us that you’ve extended the fuselage, I still have absolutely no clue where you did it. Fantastic work, as usual!
Thank you David!
Excellent job allover, including extension of the fuselage, Rafi!
Superb painting and weathering!
Thank you Spiros!
Nice work, Rafi.
Thank you John.
I love the look of the IXc and your build is awesome, Rafi @blackmopane! Really beautiful paintjob.
Thank you Felix!
Great looking Spitfire.
Thank you Dale.
Looks great ! How much too short was it?
Thank you Jay!
About noticeable 3mm. Just, forget about Hasegawa and take Eduard's Spitfires.
Lovely Rafi!
Thank you Greg!
