Hi All,
“Thanks for the Ride”.
A depicting an , of the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps (), somewhere in Northern Europe.
Both the LVT-4 and Jeep kits were easy to build, minimal parts, with no issues. Minor detail added to LVT; tie downs and rear ramp cable. Jeep was out of the box.
This was a nice little project, and I am pleased with the results.
Thanks for stopping by. KEEP IT FUN!

  1. Looks pretty awesome, eh?
    (Sorry…..my Canadian identity is showing)
Great work on the kits and the diorama, Gary.

  2. Awesome result, Gary!
    Congratulations!

  3. Brilliant, again! The terrain is spot on. Love the way you have ‘fitted’ the base to the subject in both builds. Great work!

  4. Very nice looking diorama, Gary @gwskat
    Well done.

  5. Another really nice result with these kits.

  6. Great looking diorama, love medical subject.

Hot on the heels of the alligator at Tarawa... Love it ! You have built another masterpiece. This is the kind of build that we all aspire to someday make, but most of us don't have the skills needed like you do... I especially like the medical corps theme. It reminds me that I have a 1/35 scale Italeri Dodge ambulance to build someday...to be used as a backdrop item for my airfield photo shoot base. It is just like one of your recent dioramas with the wedding / honeymoon scene. I hope that mine will be half as good as yours are.

My friend this is another home run. Well done, and I clicked on the various "like" buttons for this one too.

  8. Very interesting, Gary. I never knew 1/56 scale existed until recently.
