Maschinen Krieger - MK44 Ammoknight – King of Hearts
This is my first Maschinen Krieger kit. It's a really fun kit, nothing too complex. The overall creation of the joints and poseability feels very similar to a Bandai Gundam kit. Adding the LEDs did complicate things a bit, but it seemed like the right thing to do. The box and interior card art suggested several different paint schemes within the "Card Soldiers". The kit is 1:20 scale.The interior and nicely painted leather seat will never be seen again. LOL. I do like that I went with a standard cockpit green. I think it looks 'right' inside the retro/future personal tanks from an alternate 1st world war. At least I believe that's the lore behind this world. Regardless, it's a cool concept.
Thanks for looking, I hope you like the work. There will be a YouTube video shortly, so if you haven't subscribed already, you probably should so you see when the video comes out!

Great work, Brian, the green looks right even to my poor old colour blind eyes.
@chinesegeorge - Thanks George - there's something about Tamiya XF-4 that just looks right in a cockpit.
Nice work, Brian.
@tcinla - Thanks Tom.
Excellent job and great result, Brian!
@fiveten - Thanks Spiros!

@sjcorvi - Thanks Steven, this is a Hasegawa kit. I'm new to the MaK scene, so I've never heard of Nitto as a kit manufacturer - looks like a cool kit. Nice work.
I have a Fireball Wave kit I am on the fence about selling with many extras if anyone is interested in convincing me to sell it...Email me if you are interested: [email protected]

@sjcorvi - Hey Steve - looks like a cool kit with some nice detail parts. It looks to me like you just need to buy yourself some LEDs and get started!
Nice job! Those MaK kits are quite fun to build and paint. And no one can tell you, “That’s wrong.”
@brithebuilder great Gundam scene.
