Maschinen Krieger - MK44 AmmoknightKing of Hearts

December 22, 2024 · in Sci-fi · · 14 · 141

This is my first Maschinen Krieger kit. It's a really fun kit, nothing too complex. The overall creation of the joints and poseability feels very similar to a Bandai Gundam kit. Adding the LEDs did complicate things a bit, but it seemed like the right thing to do. The box and interior card art suggested several different paint schemes within the "Card Soldiers". The kit is 1:20 scale. The interior and nicely painted leather seat will never be seen again. LOL. I do like that I went with a standard cockpit green. I think it looks 'right' inside the retro/future personal tanks from an alternate 1st world war. At least I believe that's the lore behind this world. Regardless, it's a cool concept.
Thanks for looking, I hope you like the work. There will be a YouTube video shortly, so if you haven't subscribed already, you probably should so you see when the video comes out!

  7. Nice job! Those MaK kits are quite fun to build and paint. And no one can tell you, “That’s wrong.”
