AmTech 1/48 P-40E

Two of 's simple and low priced model. The first depicting the famous Aleutian Tiger flown by Major John Chennault, the CO of 343 FG 11th FS during 1943. The second model represents the mount of Lt. Bob Vought, 9th FS, 49th FG.

  6. Really good work on your decal applications,Rafi. Did you do some reshaping on the rudders - they look better than the purely kit builds, IIRC. Congratulations on this very attractive pair of P-40s!

      I did scratch building work on those kits, including repositioning of flying surfaces, brake cables and of course the engine that I has in the spare box.
