F7 Tigercat Korean War Group Build
Hi everyone, this is the Italeri 1/48 Tigercat. I also finally get to go back to in-person at my school. Walking around, I also noticed some models around my school including a 1:16 kv1 and a Thunderbolt of an unidentified but very large scale. As for the kit itself, I broke the landing gear several times which is why they don't line up perfectly. There was a lot of thing getting broken during this build including both the engines and a photo reference tablet wrecked by my dog.
Nice work on this Amari. Good "save" on all the disasters that could have sidelined it.
Take care and stay safe at school.
🙂 ... Greetings ... 🙂 :
A very nice "SAVE" it is Amari.
Your weathering is at a good stage, very good in detail aiming.
Great perseverence has sure paid off.
Great result of a beautiful plane, Amari!
Congratulations!
Nothing visible of all the accidents that happened, Amari.
You did very well on presenting a beautiful build.
Nice work, Amari. It even survived a dog attack!
Looks great!
One of my favorite kits and you did a fine job with it Amari, despite what your dog had in mind.
Glad you hung in there.
Nice ! You did a great job, one of the better looking Grumman aircraft. I might have to find an old Monogram !/72 to do.
Amari, @themturtles
This is a great save, and you did a wonderful job on building it. Your F7F looks great. Your dog is very smart... It is after all a Grumman Cat... 🙂 All kidding aside, you did a very fine job with this build and you should be very proud of the work you have put into it. It definitely looks the part of a Korean War Tigercat.
I pressed the "liked" button too. Thank you for posting this as part of our Korean War group build.
Good addition to the Korean group build, Amari, and I like hearing stories like the one about your dog, too, definitely liked.
