1/48 Tamiya P-51B Mustang “Reggies Reply”
This is 1/48 Tamiya P-51B Mustang finished with the markings of 42-106730 Reggie s Reply flown by John T Godfrey from 336th FS in April 1944.
Cockpit modified by Eduard instrument panel, Quickboost gunsight and Ultracast seat
Painting done with Alclad lacquers.
Others modifications are :
Ultracast Hamilton standard cuffed 4 blade propeller and spinner
Ultracast exhausts
Ultracast wheels
Ultracast corrected flaps
Resicast lens for landing light.
Decals are from Aeromaster 48-419 Debden Ponies part 3 set.

Definitely the least-known "Reggie's Reply," the P-51B Godfrey had for around 10 days after Gentile went back to the US before he got sent back to join Don on the Grand Tour.
