I tend to build 1/48 aircraft from World War Ii to the present with occasional forays into armor, science fiction, and anime kits.
USS Edsall lost in combat on March 1, 1942, against the might of the Imperial Japanese Navy has been located some 200 miles east of Christmas Island. The discovery came last year with a survey carried out by the Royal Australian Navy but [...]
Finally finished up the MiniArt P-47D-30 as a P-47M-1RE of the 56th Fighter Group aka Zemke's Wolfpack.
Thanks Louis@lgardner for the Tamiya decals. Raided my Tamiya bubbletop Jug for the M prop. Used a Quickboost resin C series R-2800 [...]

Seeing the Hasegawa A-4M built as an AF-1 inspired me to post pictures of an old build of mine.
This is the Hobby Craft A-4N "Israeli" boxing that also came with decals for the Brazilian Skyhawks. I built this kit back in 2013. [...]
I have decided to call the Great Wall TBD-1 Devastator done though there are a few little details to fix, like the PE pitot probes that decided to get eaten by the carpet monster at the last minute. Overall the kit is pretty good.

Stumbled across Hammerhead Model Making's build of the B-26K "Special Kay" using the ICM kit and thought others might enjoy it. Run time is just over an hour.
