1/72 Eastern Express, I modified and added a few things, plastic tube for propeller, cockpit details, brass bracing wires, adjusted the float struts, lead shot in floats, finished in Humbrol and MM enamels with Future over kit decals.
1/72 Hobbycraft, I modified a few things, brass wire to propeller shaft, clear sprue landing light, engine cowl and added some antennae and static dischargers, finished in MM and Humbrol enamels with Future over Max and other decals.
This project begin while researching an uncle in our family who flew with the 56th FG. I had discovered a personal photograph of Lt. David Mauldin (56th FG, 61st FS) inscribed to our uncle.

1/72 Airfix, I modified and replaced a few things, main rotor shaft, tail rotor drive shaft and skids with wire, tail rotor from plastic sheet, finished in MM and Humbrol enamels with kit and other decals.
