Classic Airframes 1/48 SM.79 Sparviero
Out of the three models issues available in the 1/48th scale, Classic Airframes' is the most accurate representation of the Sparviero. However, it is a short run kit and presents a challenging build. Moreover, many details are missing and the mold is basic. I added Eduard's external details set shared between the two models presented here.

If you did the camouflage freehanded with airbrush, do you have any advise on how to get that done.

It was done freehand. I use enamel paints for precision application of paint with the airbrush close to the surface.
Beautiful work! The SM79 is one of my favorite WWII aircraft, and these are great examples of the type. Love both of the schemes.

The Bis version is carrying torpedo and is supplied with the kit.
