July of 1966, dad helped ferry a group of RF-4C's from Toul, France to Mountain Home, ID, in the company of their flying gas truck, a KC-135. That's him suiting up in the last couple of pics.

Funny how the brown paint is mismatched on pic 7
Could be by design...I dunno.
Freshly painted vs. older paint? Could be one's with the white nose were originally the grey over white scheme, the other might be factory camo.
Ubon Phantoms sported VERY patchy SEA schemes, different browns and greens, sometimes 6 shades as far as I can see
