I am born and raised- a BERMUDIAN.
I am a professional artist and an art teacher. I am married and have two miniature dachshunds.
My main areas of interest are USN/USMC aircarft through the ages, but I love all flying things! I hope to start doing some artwork of aircraft, but for now my market is more focused on images of Bermuda.
I am happy to share another of my low vis A-7E's. The first one I posted a while back was a Desert Storm A-7E, and I didn't have much luck with photographing the intake - or the photography of it in general!
I think this upload is better- [...]
Here is my 1/48 Italeri (ex Trimaster, ex Dragon, ex DML) TA-152H-1.
I have always enjoyed the look of the extended wings of the TA-152. In researching for the build, I found that some of the Italeri boxings actually came with engine parts [...]
I hope you enjoy seeing my 1/48 Hasegawa P-51D, in an Air Commando Scheme.
I have always wanted to build a P-51 with the bazooka tubes and bombs seen in some pictures. I used the Otaki kit markings, which are not entirely correct for the [...]
Hi all,
I have finally finished my conversion of a Tamiya 1/48 F4F-4 into an FM2. I used the Vector conversion set. While intended for the HobbyBoss Wildcat kits, I had a pile of Tamiya kits I had already put aside before the HB kit came [...]
Here is a kit that has languished half built for about 6 years or so. I finally put a push on completing it early this year and while completed a month ago, I didn't have time to try and post it until now.
It is what you find in the kit [...]
As I love the F4U Corsair, I also love one other aircraft that carried the name- this one, Hasegawa's 1/48 A-7E Corsair II built as a Desert Storm HARM launcher. I am flabbergasted at the lack of operational Desert Storm A-7E markings out [...]
Hi All,
I am glad to finally finish this particular kit. It sat partially assembled for years with a Black Box cockpit, and decals ready to go. I added Seamless S*****s intakes, Cobra Co Exhausts, and used an Eduard F-4 canopy etch set for [...]
This is a Hasegawa F-16N (cobbled from an older mold F-16C) that I had sitting for some time awaiting the base light grey camouflage...
Around February break, I decided to finally get moving on it. The complicated splinter scheme put me [...]
Here is my Monogram 1/48 F-14D. It started life with the markings out of the box, which I found out later were incorrect- it can't be stressed enough- look for pictures of the aircraft you are modelling! Nowadays with the internet, it is [...]
Hi all, it has been quite a while since I last posted.
I hope you enjoy my F-8H conversion of the Monogram 1/48 F-8E. I used pictures I took of a Crusader at the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, FL. The earlier models of Crusader had a [...]
