This is another way back. The Ark Royal's Air wing was being hosted at NAS Oceana Virginia in 1975.
My contribution for the group build will be Academy's F 4B dressed up in Vagabond decals for VF 84's SEA 1965 cruise. Eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Aires cockpit set to add some spice to an excellent kit.
1/48 Hasegawa F-4EJ built OOB with the exception of a pair of True Detail seats and the intake plugs from AMS. Decals are from Zotz.
An inspiration with the current Phantom Group Build, this Phabulous Phantom was started around 2007 and completed about 3 years ago. The F-4G Advanced Wild Weasel was from the 81st TFS, 52nd TFW were based out of Spangahlem AB, Germany [...]
Another one I finished last year. 1/48 Hasegawa F-4E I used a True Details cockpit and the decals are from Syhart
