I missed it by 7
Back again! Here’s another of the kits I’ve been working on little by little over the last couple of months, the Hasegawa 1/72 P-40N. My version is a decent “three footer,” maybe four. While the kit has petite engraved panel lines, the cockpit is rudimentary and wheel well detail is nearly nonexistent. I ended up with kind of a big step on the left side wing root probably due to operator error. The fit of everything else was excellent. A replacement cockpit and added details in the wheel wells could turn this kit into a real winner.

It looks like very neat work, Scott, especially on the canopy, and, that nose art is great.

Looks good! I recently built this same kit in desert colors – it was an enjoyable build.

Still the best P-40N in that scale. Looks great!Even without a sharkmouth.
