Heller P-51D

Another simple kit, but great for training metal finish. This old kit, given to me by a friend, is a classic P-51D "miss jackie". A little bit of putty in the joints, and let's go. This time I tried some paints developed here in Brazil for modeling called DryCollors. The technique comes down to applying a shiny black base, so then apply the various finishes available, aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, gun metal, bronze and many more. The less coats, the more metallic the finish is, if you apply more coats, the less gloss will have. Results were impressive. Soon I will make a B-58 with several shades of metal, to better ilustrate this paints.
