P-51D Mustang “Little India”

November 3, 2018 · in Aviation · · 11 · 3.6K

This kit is from it's a scale. It was really easy to build. The decals was not very good so I painted lightning and black bands myself. I do a very hard weathering for fun ?. That all hope you will like my first ww2 model.

  3. Unique presentation...stellar work.

  4. Outstanding! That's some serious hard weathering, for sure! Well done, Jocelyn.

  5. Really nice build! You are a modeler of my own heart! You weather b/c u love it. I have the same conviction with my model making. Your weathering looks awesome...really brings a sometimes plane subject into the light, looks more realistic even if the plane never really looked that dirty. So please continue to weather to your delight. I do.

  6. I imagine you and Matt take baths in mud. This is superb; it's unique, likeable and 'feels' like a Pony. I really like it - especially the way the weathering is consistent all over; you obviously had a look in your mind painting and detailing - and I dare say you nailed it.

  7. Nice looking Mustang, and dang - you weren't kidding about making it dirty!

  8. You need to fly that dirty thing through the "Fly Thru" airplane wash! LoL! As I said before, your weathering is superb.
