Trumpeter 1/32 Swordfish Mk. I
Trumpeter's Swordfish is a great kit. Not only that it is an enlargement of Tamiya's magnificent 1/48th kit, but also that it is impressive thanks to its large size.
The texture surface of the biplane is largely canvas. The texture surface of the model is exaggerated but can easily be modified using a sandpaper. Photoetched bracing wires are supplied. However, they are slightly over scaled. The insignia decals are brightly colored and require toning down. Like in the Tamiya kit, I cut the slats and repositioned them using thin plastic card sheets.
Nice work (as usual) Rafi. Every time Trumpeter decides to "steal from the best and make it your own," like this or the scaled-up Accurate Miniatures SBDs, they have a winner.
Indeed. Same goes for the TBF and Me 262A.
Thank you Tom.
What Tom said, Rafi!

Looks great, Rafi. I'll bet that takes up a bit of space on the shelf.
Thank you Gary. There is an option for folded wings...
