This is the Airfix 1/72 Skyhawk. The only change is the addition of a Pavla seat... not really necessary the kit one is good, and aftermarket decals. Painted with Acrylics thinned with windex and Future Took me about 3 weeks to finish.
A nice easy build. I converted the main gun to a socle mounting. I was happy with it until I had to paint the name and side numeral. Surprisingly, the name was easier than the number, but I wasn't in the mood to create my own decals... [...]
A nice kit. Horrible wheels...get yourself some resin ones if you build this. I used Eduard canopy mask..and will never NOT be able to use them in this scale again...I likely would still be masking the canopy without them!
Added a Brass barrel, machine gun, and fruil Tracks..the rest is out of the box.
Out of the box. Did the canopy with decal strips that I had sprayed to match the rest of the plane. Painted with Floquil Concrete for the IJN grey-green.
