My 1/48 Airfix Spitfire FR XIX which I won here on imodeler. :)
Thank you Imodeler for this kit. I loved building it, and though some may say this colour scheme is a bit boring, I love it.
Its a shame you can't see all the cameras etc in the fuselage. I could have opened the camera doors, but didn't [...]
Last of 2014: Hobby Boss 1/48 P-47D-25
Last model of 2014: Hub Zemke's P-47D-25 - "Oregon's Britannia."
No less than Jimmy Doolittle praised Zemke as his “greatest fighter group commander.” Some may claim Don Blakeslee deserved the role, but Zemke was a [...]
Tamiya 1/48 Do 335 – in captured markings
I have been working on this kit off and on for several months now, and finally pushed through to completion. it is pretty much OOB, with Eduard seatbelts and a few other little details added. My main goal on this build was to experiment [...]
Ta-152 C-1 1/48 HobbyBoss 81702
This baby is ready for take-off just before the new year. Took me around 2 weeks, has it's warts and all but nothing dramatic - all in all a great kit; highly recommended.
I wish everyone a happy 2015 and more scale modeling, enjoy.

This project is a bit of a "what-if" and has been finished as [...]

1/48 Italeri Ta-152H-1
Here is my 1/48 Italeri (ex Trimaster, ex Dragon, ex DML) TA-152H-1.
I have always enjoyed the look of the extended wings of the TA-152. In researching for the build, I found that some of the Italeri boxings actually came with engine parts [...]
Hasegawa 1/48 P-51D Air Commandos
I hope you enjoy seeing my 1/48 Hasegawa P-51D, in an Air Commando Scheme.
I have always wanted to build a P-51 with the bazooka tubes and bombs seen in some pictures. I used the Otaki kit markings, which are not entirely correct for the [...]
Hasegawa 1/48 Spitfire Mk.Vc from a bit of kit bashing.
The aerial defence of Malta is a saga by itself; no less is the story of the many & varied camouflage schemes applied during the conflict. Having already built the Vb, I wanted to do a Vc. This Vc represents BR246 which was delivered [...]
