1/72 Vickers Vanguard

This is the Gene Hooker vacform model of the Vickers Vanguard

Zvezda 1/72 ИСУ-152

Hello everyone! Represent the latest model of the stars, it's self-propelled artillery systems ISU-152. Going to click, as promised in the instructions))). The model is good, highly recommend.

Piasecki HRP-1 "Flying Banana" 1948

A helicoper, such as this, has a peel... OK, so much for whirly bird humor. Helicopter models are not as exciting to build as a fighter or bomber but they have a certain attraction especially colorful helos that are used in search and [...]

1/72 LS Mitsubishi Ki-46 “Dinah”

Mitsubishi Ki-46 "Dinah" Japanese Army Type 100-2 is the full name given on the old box. The "Dinah" was a recon/trainer aircraft, and one of WWII Japan's nicest looking aircraft. I continued my venture into WWII [...]

1/72 PV-1 Ventura Gunship

Started with an Academy kit (pretty nice, except the wing root joint). I opened up the throughway from the cockpit to the cabin, and then felt I better add the navigator and table in case you could see it. Shouldn't have wasted the effort [...]

1/72 Harvard Mk 4 “Goldilocks” Display Team, RCAF

This started as way to turn an old "dog" Testor T-6 kit into something pleasing to the eye - I secured a set of Leading Edge decals for a colorful Harvard. Opened up the Testor kit, saw NOTHING in the cockpit and was planning on [...]

Saunders-Roe SR.A/1 "The Squirt"

This "vacuform" model was built back in the days without the aid of the internet. I think it was offered by Rareplanes, and was a product of the 1970's. LIke all vacuform planes of the era, it was a simple build in the terms of [...]

Airfix 1/72 A-4 Skyhawk

This is the Airfix 1/72 Skyhawk. The only change is the addition of a Pavla seat... not really necessary the kit one is good, and aftermarket decals. Painted with Acrylics thinned with windex and Future Took me about 3 weeks to finish.

Saab J-21R

One of the planes from the First Jets Era. J-21R was a jet-powered version of a J-21 propeller plane, designed in Sweden by Saab during WWII. A short-run kit in 1/72 scale by Special Hobby. It also has some resin and photo-etched parts. [...]

Mach II 1/72 Convair 440 Metropolitan – Continental Airlines Delivery scheme (Update)

Update on my previous contribution on the Mach II 1/72 CV-440. Many write-off these Mach II kits, and to be fair, they are not great but very often the only game in town for some subjects. All said, I don't think it makes a bad [...]
