A Day at the Museum…
Hey there fellow iModelers,
Here's another "moldy-oldy" from my shelf. This little scene depicts my cousin, Doug and I, out doing one of our favorite activities, visiting the museums. This fictitious museum was built around the [...]
TAMIYA 1/48 DEWOITINE D.520
GC 2/3 Dauphiné, 2 Esc.(Adj. Chef Bouton) June 1940. A very nice kit with a few glitches. The instructions miss the color for the cockpit innards. It's actually a dark blue and for this I used Tamiya X-3 Royal Blue. The cockpit floor is [...]

1/48 Airfix Lightning
Calling this one done, not 100% happy with it, but that's more down to me than the kit.
Kitty Hawk F-101C Voodoo

Messerschmitt Bf109 E7/4 Trop. II/JG27 North Afrika
Hi guys!
This is the Tamiya kit, 1/48th. Belonged to II/JG27 in North Afrika in 1942. A good model, but being Tamiya, I expected more from the decals. A bit thick and difficult to fight with them.
Hope you like it,

The Royal Treatment
I’d never discovered Eduard’s ‘Royal Class’ collection before so wanted to share this gift that came my way for my birthday.
Beautiful box , which is both a strange and geeky thing to say, but the line drawing and understated [...]
