Building, painting and finishing scale aircraft models.
This was a different kind of build. The kit is from Revell of Germany, but it's a rebox of a previous kit from another manufacturer and it's not a Tamiya style kit.
The plastic is very grainy not smooth at all, like a limited production [...]
The big H-K B-17G in my driveway. Better shots tomorrow out at Chino. The gun barrels are not installed (not doing that till it gets to its new home, learned my lesson with the big B-25).

Airfix 1/72nd nearly finished. Special markings, one of the most involved masking jobs I've ever done. Most of the white is decal, everything else is masked and sprayed. Another publicity model for Airfix.
New tool 1/72nd scale kit built straight from the box, finished with the marking from the beginner set. Publicity model for Airfix

After WWII, between January 1947 and February 1948, TuAF received 170 Spitfire Mk.IX ans used them up to the beginning [...]
Here is ZM's Shinden.
It's a complex kit. Much of it builds without issues, while other areas require more focus. It builds like a cross between a Tamiya and Trumpeter kit. The complex shapes of the rear fuselage panels in particular are [...]
I ended up sitting this thing on a bar stool outside and walking around it to get all the paint on. Four different shades of Alclad, and it took half a bottle of Duraluminum and a third of a bottle of White Aluminum for their areas. [...]
A Canadian trainer. This is a simple, basic kit, with decals for 4 different versions, none of which is a "Snowbird", Canada's aerial demonstration team. Hobbycraft does make the "Snowbird", just don't look for it [...]
