In my opinion Zvezda's Bf109F is the best in 1/48. very well detailed, and goes together just as well. I painted her with Floquil Military enamels, and Model Master enamels. After market decals are from Aeromaster if I'm not mistaken.
This is my latest build completed a few months ago. This is the 1/72 Hasegawa A6M2b Zero. The model is OOB with the exception of PE seatbelts. I used Gunze Mr Color lacquers to paint it and it was weathered with oils, pencils and pastels.
