I am 60 and presently reside in England.
I have built aircraft in 1/72 & 1/48 scale as well as 1/35 scale vehicles.
I am concentrating on the aircraft and vehicles used by the Rhodesian Security Forces and the South African Defence Force as I lived in both countries.
These are my recently completed (with the exception of TB1 - still needs decals) of my TB-1 to TB-5 collection.

My Tamiya SAS Jeep.
This has been brush painted using various Vallejo Model Color paints.
The rack round the fuel cans in the rear was made using thin plastic strips and the straps on the kit hanging on the sides was done using Tamiya [...]
My Airfix 1/48 Bae Hawk T.Mk1 done as the Bae Hawk T.Mk. 60/60As which was exported to Zimbabwe in the early 1980's.

I did my 1/48 Bae Hawk 100 as the Bae Hawk 108 version as used by the Malaysian AF.
Decals were an aftermarket set.
Paint used is Vallejo 70870 medium sea grey (air brushed).
My Italeri 1/35 Staghound done as when used by the Southern Rhodesian Armoured Car Regiment (SRACR) during the Rhodesia & Nyasaland Federation days.
It is based on the one on display at the Zimbabwe Military museum, Gweru.

I completed this model in Feb 2020.
It is an OOB kit and the only mod is the canvas cover over the spare wheel which has been moved to the roof.
Paints used were air brushed and paint brushed Vallejo Model Color.
I was going to do the Typhoon class submarine as the 'Red October' to make the 2 as part of 'The Hunt for Red October' theme I was doing.
